I helped founder Rachel Leffort visually map the user experience for her brand, Midnight Oil. We worked to make ordering as easy as possible for the at-home consumer and provide materials for her sales team to use during trunk shows or appointments. By illustrating how her clients could customize their styles with different measurements, we made the ordering process streamlined and user-friendly. I continue to work with Rachel as she develops new styles and adds new styles to her collection. I’ve also worked with her on brand collaborations, creating new branded linings and patches for particular clients.
